Braintree’s Conservation Areas Are Open

Braintree’s Conservation Area trails are open to those who want to get outside and enjoy the outdoors.  See the trail guide or the individual maps below.

It is no surprise that trails and parking lots have been more crowded than usual with so many people home from school and work and seeking activities in the outdoors. Please use common sense, avoid gathering in large groups, and take appropriate precautions to maintain distancing when encountering other users on the trail. If a parking lot is full, please do not park on the road but instead come back later or find a different location to walk.

Please don’t litter. Pack it in and pack it out!

If there are any questions or comments, or issues in need of attention, please feel free to email the Conservation Division: kphelan@braintreema.gov.

The Braintree Trail Guide 2017 (PDF) is available in the Planning and Community Development Department and the Town Clerk’s Office for a suggested donation of $3 to offset printing cost.
